Adam Kwiatkoski joined the Skokie Park District golf staff in 2005. He is currently the head men’s golf coach at Loyola University in Chicago. Adam has developed excellent working relationships with golfers in the Chicagoland area. From beginners to scratch players, he has helped improve the game of many. He is currently an apprentice in the golf professional training program with the PGA of America. He has competed in several state and local golf tournaments and participated in many tournaments to raise funds for charitable causes. He holds one local course record and has one career hole-in-one and double eagle. Adam has ten years experience in providing golf instruction at all levels. He has been the head golf coach at Loyola University for six seasons coaching both the women’s and men’s teams. As current men’s golf coach, in October 2005, he led the Ramblers to their first Division 1 win in the history of the program. He is a Level 1 Certified Coach with The First Tee and experienced in teaching golfers of any age and skill level. His background in junior golf gives him an ability to break down the game and simplify instructions. Adam teaches golf with a strong emphasis on the fundamentals with a particular focus on set up. His easy-going teaching style is comfortable for beginning golfers. But his experience with Division 1 athletes provides him with the ability to challenge the more accomplished player. Adam worked as a Golf Professional and Director of Outreach for the Chicago Park District golf facilities for eight years before joining the Skokie staff. He is facilitating the developments of new golf program opportunities for the Skokie Park District. Adam Kwiatkoski has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a resident of the Edison Park neighborhood who spends his time playing the local golf courses and rooting for his favorite Chicago sports teams. He is married and has two daughters. |
